The whole experience of the hotel was just first class. Very friendly staff who were more than helpful. I have to admit we didn’t use the restaurant as we wanted to explore and eat out, but we used the bar and it was very relaxing. The room we had was perfect. Good size. Very warm considering it was very cold weather while we was there. Even though our room was looking out to the road (like I think most are) you here no road noise at all, and it’s a quiet road anyway. As the rooms are high up you can’t even see the road from your window, and you can enjoy the views of the park. Would really recommend this hotel for everything.

The location of the hotel was perfect, short walking distance to pretty much everything and our hotel room was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights and had clean towels every morning, the bed was super comfy & the rooms were lovely and warm. The castle is just a few minutes walk to the right if the hotel as you walk out which is so pretty & plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be returning, overall amazing stay!

Excellent breakfast and location. Hotel is in an old building but inside is a plesant surprise. The whole interior is completly renovated and beautifully done. Seems like no expense was spared.

The rooms were beautiful, the staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from. I would definitely stay here again..

The hotel is fantastic and in a great location for exploring Krakow. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's decor is really nice and the rooms are really well soundproofed, so even though there was a road right next to our room it didn't disturb us at all. The rooms are really nice, everything you need and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is really good, so much variety to choose from that even the pickiest eater would be able to have something they liked! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Krakow. They even arranged for our transfers to and from the airport both of which were great.Thank you for a really enjoyable trip, it was a present for my niece's 21st birthday and she absolutely loved it.

Beautifully restored old building, to a very high standard. Quiet area but a short walk from square & castle. Staff very helpful, housekeeping exceptional, water every day, sheets / towels changed when needed. Mini bar , iron & ironing board all added to comfort. Breakfast good, never too busy & eggs cooked to order. Very reasonable check in & out times

Beautiful hotel, close to Wawel. Nice room, comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast with gluten-free options and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.

The location of the hotel is excellent, an easy walk through the park to the square and only 5 minutes to the castle. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very, very clean. There is a lovely comfortable bar/lounge area. The breakfast is very good, with a choice of cereals, yogurts and fruit, cold meats, cheese, pastries, fruit juice etc. There is also a breakfast menu for eggs and pancakes and this is cooked to order. The room was beautiful, albeit quite small, with a very large comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good, with toiletries and hairdryer and a great shower. Complimentary tea, coffee and water. Safe, minibar, iron/ironing board. We had a room facing on to the street at ground floor level and it was very quiet. Check in was straightforward and we were able to have coffee in the bar/lounge area and store our luggage as we had a late flight.

Exceptional location. Beautiful park views. Maximum convenience to all that Krakow has to offer. Rooms are beautiful and on trend. Bathrooms are well finished and modern. Fantastic property.

Very nice breakfast, with a cook that will make you a breakfast egg dish from a menu. Good location right next to the Wawel castle and only a few minutes walk from the square. Good standard in the hotel in general and most of the staff were nice. It was also very quiet in the street and the hotel.
